We are D&S Catering, a Toronto-based catering service owned and operated by Danny Ryan and Steve Falconer. With over 25 years experience in catering following successful careers in the restaurant industry, we have made it our life’s passion to bring quality food and service to your events.
Our offerings range from catering private house parties to corporate events to business lunches — and everything in between. All our wait staff are employed by us and are Smart Serve credited. Our maitre d’hotel is Mario Alcolea, a highly experienced server with over 35 years in the food industry. His dedicated and professional team will fulfill all your catering needs to ensure a smooth event.
We established our catering company in 1985 while we managed the prestigious Fitness Institute Dining Room in the Toronto TD Centre. Prior to this, we ran the Executive Dining Room at the Bank of Montreal for seven years. Mario Alcocea has been with us for 20 years, having spent the prior 15 years as the restaurant manager at the Bank of Commerce.
Our approach is dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients at all times. We also offer access to many venues spanning all occasions, as well as a full range of tents and marquees.
